The OctaTool is a multitool design idea that has eight functions: a can opener, bottle opener, 3 position wrench, screwdriver, magnifying glass, butterfly wrench, lanyard hole, and rule with a inch and centimeter side.
Unfortunately, this tool didn't get manufactured due to issues with the CNC machine.
I ended up replacing some of the tools, such as the compass, and some of the positions of other tools. Additionally, I changed the logo to a more simplistic one.
The text here will be glued onto the lid.
This manual is something that would come with this product in the box. (Left side is the front and the right side would be on the back).
It highlights the locations of all the features on the left side, and on the right side is a morse code chart, which can be used by reflecting sunlight off of the magnifying glass in case of emergency.
I hope to make this OctaTool design a reality some day. But I did manufacture the box (3D printed) and manual (printed) as shown below.
